Know the Score, 2008, The Positive Impact of the Sports College Network - An Update of Evidence, Youth Sport Trust This report is intended to provide a snapshot of the ways in which Sports Colleges are using their specialism to make an impact. It is the second in a series of reports; the first was produced in January 2007, at a time when the Specialist Sports College status had reached a milestone of a decade in existence. The report demonstrated the ways in which the specialism was having an impact on both the specialism itself and on whole school improvement. One year on and new evidence suggests the same; that using sport as a specialism throughout the whole school, can make a difference.
